The disasters we've been seeing in our world lately have been scary and amazing in their hugeness.
Place after place seems to be getting hit by major disaster. Disasters that sometimes shift the Earth's axis.
One of the best things we can do after praying for our world and all the people in it, is to help in whatever way we can.
We don't have to do anything huge.
If you have the ability and are in the affected area, you can volunteer to help at soup kitchens, supply distribution stations or any number of other ways.
Of course, you can always donate financially too. Again, it doesn't have to be huge. Just pledge whatever you can afford.
Your little bit + our little bit + everyone else's little bit = saving the world.
We all matter, no matter how "small" we think we are or how "little" we think we can offer.
Have fun and stay safe,

This is a great post. Thanks so much for visiting my blog :-) I had to giggle at your sons cat eating the challah. We always give our cat, Brooklyn some challah. He even sits at a chair at the table. sigh That cat.
ReplyDeleteCheers,

We actually used to sing "Challah Cat, Challah Cat, eats whatever he can grab" until we noticed he goes bonkers for donuts! He gets a serious case of "donut face" (big eyes, intense concentration, total body stillness) and follows that donut like most cats chase lasers. LOL
ReplyDeleteYour blog is great! It's so nice to know some folks still have those good, old-fashioned values. Modern advancements are awesome but we've left a lot of good stuff behind too. That's the exact message we're trying to share.
Thanks for stopping by! =)
